EnableWork Consulting helps organizations move talent practices out of HR silos and into the day-to-day operations of the business.


Many organizations invest heavily in leadership programs, performance processes and new technologies, yet struggle to see sustained impact because talent practices are treated as standalone initiatives rather than business-critical processes with clear ownership and accountability.

 

We partner with executives and people leaders to embed leadership effectiveness, performance management and capability development directly into how work gets done so these practices are owned by the business and reinforced through daily operating rhythms.


EnableWork Consulting is an early adopter and strong advocate of AI in HR and talent management. We use AI intentionally to accelerate learning, improve decision quality and reduce friction in execution while keeping leadership responsibility, judgment and accountability firmly with people.

EnableWork Consulting was founded by Heidi Jaros, an experienced talent and leadership advisor with more than 17 years of experience partnering with executives and leaders in high-growth SaaS, healthcare and complex, matrixed organizations.

 

Heidi’s work is shaped by deep experience operating inside the realities leaders face. She has led and supported performance management redesigns, leadership development initiatives and talent strategy work in environments where clarity, speed and adoption mattered as much as design. Her background as a strategic HR business partner and advisor gives her a practical lens for turning talent strategy into execution.

 

Heidi is known for a disciplined, forward-looking approach that blends leadership development, change management and AI-enabled tools to help organizations build capability at scale. As an early adopter and advocate of AI in HR and founding member of the AI for HR Community, she focuses on helping leaders and organizations understand where AI meaningfully improves execution and learning and where human judgment and leadership remains central.
